The child took part in the campaign and won a ticket to Poland. Travel agency operator Svetlana Okhrimenko postponed the date of departure from June 2012 to July 2012 (the bus allegedly broke down). When, after the next paperwork and the next throwing away of money, we contacted THIS travel agency, we were told that there would be no trip and offered to go to Montenegro. All this was done in the expectation that the vacation would end and we ourselves would refuse to travel. But why then this company participates in the action?
They will ignore you and your complaint, and all subsequent customers as well. So, you may not even count on an answer. They do this year after year. Negative reviews are always removed on their site. And the positive ones are probably written by specially hired people.
Next time, read reviews about the travel agency not on their website, but, for example, on Turpravda and BEFORE you go on a trip with them.
Вони проігнорують і Вас, і Вашу скаргу, і всіх наступних клієнтів також. Так що, на відповідь можете навіть не розраховувати. Вони так роблять із року в рік. На їх сайті завжди видаляються негативні відгуки. А позитивні, мабудь, пишуть спеціально найняті люди.
