I share my experience of interaction with an unscrupulous travel agency http://zont-travel.com/ namely, in the person of Pushenko Evgeny Alexandrovich (I took a tour from him)

02/07/20 I paid for the tour to Egypt, I was supposed to fly on 03/07/20, 03/06/20 Eugene reports that the tour was canceled and he offers either a replacement with a flight on 03/10 or a 100% refund, I chose a refund, from that moment problems began. (On request, I can provide screenshots of the correspondence) As a result, I returned only a part, and after that I stopped getting in touch, blocked me everywhere, drops calls to messages, does not answer, although I read them, wrote comments on his page and in his telegram group - immediately adds to emergency

And the most annoying thing is that I had already flown from him before and everything was fine, which is why he aroused confidence! And now, not only did he not fly, he also does not return the money and does not react to messages about the return of funds in any way !!
