Terrible scam!!!
I bought an excursion for my granddaughter for the holidays "The territory of the Kremlin and the armory."
I have never seen anything more terrible. The guide Tatyana Petrovna went to the box office to buy tickets with me! Speech is slurred, knowledge is scarce, information is extremely scarce. She didn’t go to a single cathedral with us, she didn’t lead us to a single exhibit. She says “there is such and such an icon on the right”, see for yourself and everything in the same spirit. Then she waved her hand in the direction of the armory - go, you still have time !!!! And EVERYTHING!!! We went to the ward alone - this is an excursion!
I ordered an EXCURSION, not tickets for 6350 rubles! I can buy tickets myself.
I was DECEIVED - THEY TOOK MONEY AND THERE WAS NO EXCURSION!!!! Return the money!
Complete disappointment.
