boorish communication

I found on the site http://v7kupon.com, a promotion from this company, namely a tour to Egypt for 3,800 per person, 4-5 star hotels. Before deciding to buy a coupon or not, I decided to call this company to find out which hotels can be bought for this price. But in response, I heard a boorish response from the manager from the series: "Come to the office, bring money, and then I will tell you which hotels." Taken aback by this answer, I still tried to ask a couple of questions again. The manager, with an even more boorish attitude, said bluntly: "Come, take the money, we'll sign the contract and then I'll tell you everything." What kind of question is this?! After talking with the "manager", I realized that this company is trying to lure customers to itself using the discount method. They don’t know how to communicate with the client, but after such rudeness, the company should also pay extra for customers to come to them. I strongly do not recommend contacting Eagle Travel. And I advise employees of the company to learn how to communicate correctly and kindly with people. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the manager, she did not even introduce herself.
