Good afternoon tourists. We went with Iltur (his carrier is Balkan Trans Service). Today I watched the news, this carrier is now famous - it was his bus that got into an accident (2 dead, 5 people in intensive care, how many people suffered psychologically and financially). I get scared, my wife and I rode this bus (license plates match), if we had taken 8 nights, we would have got on this flight. HORROR. They drive all the time almost continuously, the buses are broken and gouged. The drivers are tired - in our case, the delay was 5 hours when leaving (we drove only about 40 hours), when returning 2.5 hours (more than 30). The rest day is gone - there are no compensations, these are not the problems of the travel agency, this is a delay with the carrier, there are no shorter extreme and responsible ones. Upon returning, we missed all the trains in the right direction (there were 4 options). I had to spend the night in Kyiv. This is the worst vacation of my life. Upon arrival, I already hated Bulgaria, although this is only the fault of the carrier and the tour operator. Our flight broke down several times, we were transferred to another bus. I don’t know where to complain, I wrote a review so that other people don’t get into this situation, especially with children. If you don’t want long and painful waits in the cold (when you leave) or in the heat (when you leave), you want to save your nerves, health and life - NEVER CONTACT THIS TOUR OPERATOR AND CARRIER (although you probably won’t choose here).

Recently, one client complained that Dmitry dirtyly harassed her during the service! There was a scandal, a statement to the police! Well, somehow he managed to escape from criminal prosecution in Spain!
Недавно одна клиентка жаловалась,что Дмитрий её грязно домогался во время обслуживания! Был скандал, заявление в милицию! Ну как-то ему удалось бежать от уголовного преследования в Испанию!
I used the services of the Argo travel agency many times. This is really the best travel agency in Sumy. They were the first in Ukraine to offer last-minute tours. Their prices for tours are optimal, because they are professionals. As for human qualities, both Tamara Petrovna and Dmitry are very educated, intelligent people who are not indifferent to their tourists. After seeing this review, I decided to write the truth about "Argo" and its management. My words will be confirmed by thousands of tourists, so many of my friends also use their services with pleasure. These are wonderful people. Thanks for your hard work for us.
P.S. And I don’t even want to discuss this inadequate comment above. Probably the author wrote about himself and his adventures, and not about Dmitry Eduardovich Gladkikh, who is respected and known as a deeply decent person by those who talked with him at least once and those who are "normal" people at the same time.
About the author of the comment above, its title clearly speaks. It seems that this is not a completely healthy person, I hope that he and the one who dictated all this to him have already successfully recovered. It's bad that such nonsense ends up on a resource with a name, TRUE.
Я пользовался услугами турфирмы "Арго" много раз. Это действительно лучшая турфирма в Сумах. Они первыми в Украине стали предлагать горящие туры. Цены на путевки у них оптимальные, потому что они - профессионалы. А что касается человеческих качеств, то и Тамара Петровна и Дмитрий - очень образованные, интеллигентные люди, не равнодушные к своим туристам. Увидев этот отзыв, решил написать правду об "Арго" и его руководстве. Мои слова подтвердят тысячи туристов, так многие из моих знакомых также пользуются с удовольствием их услугами. Это чудесные люди. Спасибо за ваш труд для нас.
P. S. А этот неадекватный комментарий выше я даже не хочу обсуждать. Наверное автор писал о себе и своих приключениях, а не о Дмитрии Эдуардовиче Гладких, которого уважают и знают, как глубоко порядочного человека те, кто с ним хотя бы раз пообщался и те, кто при этом являются "нормальными" людьми. Об авторе комментария выше ярко говорит его название. Похоже, это не совсем здоровый человек, надеюсь, что он и тот, кто ему это все надиктовывал, уже благополучно вылечились. Плохо, что такая ерунда попадает на ресурс с названием, ПРАВДА.
