Good afternoon tourists. We went with Iltur (his carrier is Balkan Trans Service). Today I watched the news, this carrier is now famous - it was his bus that got into an accident (2 dead, 5 people in intensive care, how many people suffered psychologically and financially). I get scared, my wife and I rode this bus (license plates match), if we had taken 8 nights, we would have got on this flight. HORROR. They drive all the time almost continuously, the buses are broken and gouged. The drivers are tired - in our case, the delay was 5 hours when leaving (we drove only about 40 hours), when returning 2.5 hours (more than 30). The rest day is gone - there are no compensations, these are not the problems of the travel agency, this is a delay with the carrier, there are no shorter extreme and responsible ones. Upon returning, we missed all the trains in the right direction (there were 4 options). I had to spend the night in Kyiv. This is the worst vacation of my life. Upon arrival, I already hated Bulgaria, although this is only the fault of the carrier and the tour operator. Our flight broke down several times, we were transferred to another bus. I don’t know where to complain, I wrote a review so that other people don’t get into this situation, especially with children. If you don’t want long and painful waits in the cold (when you leave) or in the heat (when you leave), you want to save your nerves, health and life - NEVER CONTACT THIS TOUR OPERATOR AND CARRIER (although you probably won’t choose here).

I couldn't! They didn't apologize, I'm already silent for compensation. Instead of leaving at 22.00 with grief in half left at 23.10. With a child, they suffered back and forth. If they knew that there would be no bus, they would not go, and there was no one to return the money. The beauty announced in the parking lot: "The bus broke down at 17.00. Therefore, we will go by minibuses." And she has no money to return with her. Why weren't they notified in advance? So people don't have a choice. Half would not go!

С ребёнком промучились туда и обратно. Если бы знали, что автобуса не будет - не ехали бы, а так денег вернуть было некому. Объявила красавица на стоянке :"Автобус в 17,00 поломался. Потому ехать будем маршрутками." А денег вернуть у неё с собой нет. Почему не известили заранее? Чтоб у людей выбора не было. Половина бы не поехала!
