We were transported by 2 water-Bulgarians, in Romania there was another one. problems began. The navigator seemed to be working, we were thrashed 4 times by the traffic officers for breaking the rules of that redeployment, obviously they were sorting out for additional help of the so-called "fine from hand to hand")).

At Lviv, at the railway station, the bus seemed to hit the minibus and bend the bumper with the number. , having felt claims against her address, she began talking to the passengers and said that she was just walking around here and had nothing to do with tourism)). because of the delay in getting home, we failed not to start dealing with scandals with a travel agency, but forget about the important road and just please other tourists with protection, they are put in the service that they hope to be a given tour operator. do not get caught up with similar unhandedness.

We sit in the hotel and wait for the bus from 12:00 (now 16:25) :)
We read the reviews, we hope for the best - to leave at least before the snow falls, otherwise we don’t have warm clothes)) we try not to panic, we twitch at the sound of every car.
Our road to Bulgaria is not much different from the one described in other comments - we left Vinnitsa without delay, we stood at the border in the cold for a very long time, the bus was terrible and packed to capacity, boorish drivers, one woman was dropped off in Bulgaria right after bridge on the highway (where it is impossible to cross the road and turn around), because the driver forgot to stop at her stop, an elderly woman with the same girlfriend, both cried, but the driver just yelled and left, it was terrible.
We arrived at the hotel (DelMar, a good hotel) in the evening, it was getting dark, 1 day of vacation was gone. But on the other hand, we are now sitting at the reception))) we can assume that this is plus 1 day in Bulgaria. People, if you are reading this, do not use the services of Iltur. Upon arrival, I plan to complain about them as soon as possible. This is not included in any framework!

Absolutely agree with the reviews and comments. This is not a move, but the horror of doomsday))) I support the idea of ​​complaining about them as soon as possible. I would even create a collective group about this and collectively go to the consumer protection department and complain there!
