And if the hotel is a garbage dump, I’ll say it straight out that it’s a garbage dump.
И не смотря на то, что это не входило в наши обязанности, мы заставили гида перед вами извениться! А что касаемо гостиниц - все это субъективное мнение. Я не в каждую пятерку поеду в Болгарию, так как я знаю какой должен быть сервис в хороших гостиницах. И я всегда рекомендую туристам только те гостиницы, которые отвечают своей звездности!!! А если гостиница помойка - я так прямо и скажу, что помойка.

Проблемы с гостиницей как раз не было! Гостиницу мы, слава крашенкам, выбрали сами и пришли ее только проплатить, на что нас стали предупреждать, что с ней могут быть проблемы, т.к. звезд у нее маловато))) Проблем у нас с ней не оказалось, т.к. все,что могли за нее узнать, мы уже узнали и мнение свое менять не собирались. С гостиницей нам ОЧЕНЬ повезло))

По поводу мест в автобусе - это как раз ответственность турфирмы, которая бронирует нам места в автобусе - т.е. закрепляет за конкретными пассажирами конкретные места. Эти места не могут быть изменены (без обоюдного согласия пассажиров) ни по дороге в страну, ни на обратном пути!
Проблема заключалась как раз в том,что никого и ничего не интересовало, деньги-то уже уплачены, зачем решать проблемы с какими-то там местами?!)))

По поводу гида... Начнем с того,что сначала все "бока" предъявили нам - мы распивали спиртные напитки))) ХАХАХАХА! Это был очень "умный" ход)) Но даже если бы мы их и распивали, то при чем тут места в автобусе???
А гида заставили извиниться не вы, а мы сами!!! После очень долгих и бурных споров в присутствие молчащего директора)

guest747, Вы категорически не правы. В Договоре на туристическое обслуживание всегда четко прописано, что агентство не несет ответственности за действия перевозчика. Агентство не занимается рассаживанием пассажиров, мы можем лишь попросить определенные кресла, и, как я понимаю, ваши кресла Вас устраивали, другое дело, что их кто-то занял, но что тут "Паспорт плюс" может поделать, как повлиять?
