It has been almost a year (since August 2011) that I once had to use the services of Incomartur 93, namely the bus tour "Northern Saga" with guide Ilya Mezhul.
there are positive and negative impressions.
- The tour included three wonderful interesting countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). especially forgotten, Norway with its unsurpassed nature !!! I also liked Stockholm.
- Organization of the route, traffic without delays, speed of settlement.
- information support of the guide during the whole trip. it is clear that people have spent a lot of time to fill the trip with interesting information about countries and famous people.
- well-thought-out and timely food system, I liked breakfast in hotels.
- system with a mini transmitter for tourists. it's really convenient that you can not run and look into the mouth of the guide "and what are we going through? what interesting thing happened here? why is this place so outstanding?
but as they say, there are two sides to every medal.
negative impressions:
- only ONE DRIVER was involved in such a long route for 14 days !!!!! I travel a lot, especially in Europe, and I know that there should always be two drivers on long routes, who have to change behind the wheel every few hours (max. Up to 9). these are normal rules. At the same time, at the beginning of the trip without any shame, the guide collected from each tourist 10 euros (as it turned out to be common practice) tips for the driver. we assume that this was his only salary, probably Incomarture 93 does not provide for other payments. because even if you estimate the number of passengers in a full bus .... enough money! can apply to the driver?! ...
- not working toilet in the bus, which has been repeatedly mentioned by other tourists. It was a very pertinent remark: if the bus is in good condition (as we are blown away), as well as the toilet, then nothing and nowhere CANNOT WORK.
- in my opinion, slightly inflated prices for certain services (for example, tips for drivers, the cost of a mini-transmitter, the amount of orders in restaurants). to go on such a trip you have to earn money, and they just do not fall from the sky, so you count every penny.
- Hotels in certain places (such as Radisson in Oslo) were, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory, and in others (it seems in Copenhagen) in general outraged by such a brazen rip-off! as the hotel was being rebuilt, repairs were being carried out on the floor where we were accommodated, and the windows overlooked the metro station, which was just 50 meters away. after all, we are not children and we understand that under such conditions the hotel offers a discount of at least 30 to 60%. but all tourists paid the full price, and no discount on the tour on those dates was not provided.
- something was stressful as the guide constantly advertises to himself.
and he designed this tour, and he came up with the whole program, and go to his page in "classmates" where a lot of his photos, did not forget to show a film about himself and his exhibition, poked everyone his photos and magazine with his articles and more. well, who else to praise but himself ?!
- the behavior of the guide was impudent. I am a representative of the women's article, and I had to feel "all the love" of the guide to "our brotherhood". flattering and outspoken greasy things, obscene and dirty proposals from the subject guide. it was DISGUSTING and disgusting !!
suggestions to leave me alone did not work. thank God though he did not touch with his hands (though he tried). if dear readers throw away the opportunity as if I myself gave a reason for it, I will assure you at once - I traveled with my parents, and therefore I did not give a reason to court an elderly person (difference of 20 years). besides, I have a lover.
- Well, the most outrageous at last.
on the train to Kyiv Ilya Mezhul asked to fill in ANONYMOUS questionnaires with questions about positive and negative impressions, recommendations and suggestions. and especially assuring that these questionnaires are opened and processed only in the organization and not before. Of course, having certain positions on the organization of the tour and directly his guide - said in the proposed questionnaire. as it is already clear, the impressions specified here have been stated. less than 10 minutes have passed. after the guide received the questionnaire, as he was already racing through 4 cars back with the questionnaire open in order to express his dissatisfaction with my response in a rude and insulting way.
now the question of another vacation has arisen. and, frankly, it is not clear whether to use the services of Incomartur 93 this year. because so far the experience, as you can see, is contradictory. maybe the problem is only in a specific guide?! ...

It doesn't matter how many times you saw glitches and how they disappeared after a page refresh. The manager of the company personally called me and offered this option, helped me to register. An hour later, it became known that the information provided was unreliable. The registration fee was not refunded. The manager never showed up. Further correspondence with Advant did not give anything, there is a reinforced concrete wall. I have not the slightest doubt about the level of decency and reliability of the company - it is zero.
The question is not even whether it is possible or not to return the money for registration, although it was carried out after a call from the manager that it was necessary to urgently redeem and on the basis of lies posted on the site. The fact is that this seems to be the goal - to harvest registrations by posting a non-existent tour package.
Don't get fooled! Full of decent and responsible agents.

Абсолютно неважно, сколько раз вы видели глюки и как они исчезали после обновления страницы. Мне лично позвонила менеджер компании и предложила этот вариант, помогла пройти регистрацию. Через час стало известно, что предоставленная информация недостоверна. Деньги за регистрацию не вернули. Менеджер больше не появлялась. Дальнейшая переписка с Адвант ничего не дала, там железобетонная стена. У меня нет ни малейших сомнений в уровне порядочности и надёжности компании - он нулевой.
Вопрос даже не в том, можно или нет вернуть деньги за регистрацию, хотя она была проведена после звонка менеджера о том, что нужно срочно выкупать и на основании лжи, размещенной на сайте. Дело в том, что это, похоже, и является целью - собрать урожай регистраций, разместив несуществующий турпакет.
Не ведитесь! Полно порядочных и ответственных агентов.

Средства, возвращенные за деактивированный пакет услуг, будут доступны на балансе и впоследствии могут быть выведены на указанный счет AdvCash или использованы для генерирования ключа активации.
Т.е.Все вопросы решаются.
