It has been almost a year (since August 2011) that I once had to use the services of Incomartur 93, namely the bus tour "Northern Saga" with guide Ilya Mezhul.
there are positive and negative impressions.
- The tour included three wonderful interesting countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark). especially forgotten, Norway with its unsurpassed nature !!! I also liked Stockholm.
- Organization of the route, traffic without delays, speed of settlement.
- information support of the guide during the whole trip. it is clear that people have spent a lot of time to fill the trip with interesting information about countries and famous people.
- well-thought-out and timely food system, I liked breakfast in hotels.
- system with a mini transmitter for tourists. it's really convenient that you can not run and look into the mouth of the guide "and what are we going through? what interesting thing happened here? why is this place so outstanding?
but as they say, there are two sides to every medal.
negative impressions:
- only ONE DRIVER was involved in such a long route for 14 days !!!!! I travel a lot, especially in Europe, and I know that there should always be two drivers on long routes, who have to change behind the wheel every few hours (max. Up to 9). these are normal rules. At the same time, at the beginning of the trip without any shame, the guide collected from each tourist 10 euros (as it turned out to be common practice) tips for the driver. we assume that this was his only salary, probably Incomarture 93 does not provide for other payments. because even if you estimate the number of passengers in a full bus .... enough money! can apply to the driver?! ...
- not working toilet in the bus, which has been repeatedly mentioned by other tourists. It was a very pertinent remark: if the bus is in good condition (as we are blown away), as well as the toilet, then nothing and nowhere CANNOT WORK.
- in my opinion, slightly inflated prices for certain services (for example, tips for drivers, the cost of a mini-transmitter, the amount of orders in restaurants). to go on such a trip you have to earn money, and they just do not fall from the sky, so you count every penny.
- Hotels in certain places (such as Radisson in Oslo) were, to put it mildly, unsatisfactory, and in others (it seems in Copenhagen) in general outraged by such a brazen rip-off! as the hotel was being rebuilt, repairs were being carried out on the floor where we were accommodated, and the windows overlooked the metro station, which was just 50 meters away. after all, we are not children and we understand that under such conditions the hotel offers a discount of at least 30 to 60%. but all tourists paid the full price, and no discount on the tour on those dates was not provided.
- something was stressful as the guide constantly advertises to himself.
and he designed this tour, and he came up with the whole program, and go to his page in "classmates" where a lot of his photos, did not forget to show a film about himself and his exhibition, poked everyone his photos and magazine with his articles and more. well, who else to praise but himself ?!
- the behavior of the guide was impudent. I am a representative of the women's article, and I had to feel "all the love" of the guide to "our brotherhood". flattering and outspoken greasy things, obscene and dirty proposals from the subject guide. it was DISGUSTING and disgusting !!

now the question of another vacation has arisen. and, frankly, it is not clear whether to use the services of Incomartur 93 this year. because so far the experience, as you can see, is contradictory. maybe the problem is only in a specific guide?! ...
I went with Ilya to the northern Saga for the second time - and only the best responses from the organization of the tour and from Ilya himself. The girl writes that she was molested - these are her dreams. Ilya is well-mannered and erudite, and he definitely won’t sully his image for the sake of a “girl with parents”, just as he won’t sully him at all, because this tour is his brainchild, part of his soul and life. Smart will appreciate the tour. Is everything going smoothly at your work? Are you a strong pro? If so, then you are an automatic machine. And if a group of 45-50 people has gathered, and all of them are very important and difficult (such as plant directors and company owners), then this is not at all a reason to take out my inferiority on the guide: I paid and have the right. С Ильей а северную Сагу ездила второй раз - и только лучшие отклики от организации тура и от самого Ильи.Девушка пишет, что к ней приставали - это ее мечты.Илья воспитан и эрудирован,и марать свой имидж ради "девушки с родителями" точно не будет, как не будет его марать вообще, потому что этот - тур - его детище,часть его души и жизни.Умный оценит тур по достоинству.Разве у вас на работе все идет гладко?Вы - крепкий профи?Если да, то вы - машина-автомат.И если собралась группа из 45-50 человек и все дЮже важные и непростые ( типа директора заводов и владельцы фирм), то это совсем не повод вымещать на гиде свою ущербность:я заплатил и имею право. Илья - кроме того, что прекрасный гид, так еще и должность занимает в Инкомартуре далеко не последнюю ( зайдите на сайт и почитайте).А на счет чаевых,то Илья вам столько денег, нервов сэкономил, подсказывая,где что и когда купить, дьюти фри и т.д. оформить, что жаться за 20 евро - жлобство. Понимаю,что многие "всю жизнь копили" эти 20 евро.Но не дать их и потом на форуме хвастаться, что "отстояли свое" - невелика победа. Вы лучше заработайте и потратьте НА СЕБЯ. А то получается, что из всей такой великолепной поездки только и помните, что сэкономили((( Ущербно и недостойно.

С 28.04.13 по 07.05.13 ездила с Инкомартур В Нидерланды и Бельгию с Андреем Кочетовым.Все на высшем уровне.И сново Инкомартур.Андрей-ходячая энциклопедия и очень обаятельный человек.Я умудрилась в первый день потеряться в Амстердаме (из-за наушников в кот.слышно гида на расстоянии и недосыпа после перелета)Но у меня были претензии только к себе.А вообще тур очень познавательный.От информации и впечатлений зашкаливает.У Андрея еще были силы нас по ночному Брюсселю выгуливать (и опять я хотела потерятся,но меня нашли).Встречали группу,которая ехала похожим маршрутом от Аккорда,так они просто выли от ужаса,имея сравнение между двумя турфирмами и гидами.Гиды-это золотая карточка турфирмы.И то,что В Инкомартуре ценят профессионалов (надеюсь) - это добавляет турфирме туристов,а значит и прибыль.

And it’s true about hotels - “uncomfortable” rooms, with windows facing the ventilation from the kitchen that was noisy almost all night or into a blank wall, inconveniently located somewhere on the outskirts and etc.. Additional paid audio guides not working for the whole trip. Tipping requirement is also true.
The food in the recommended, not just suggested, but imposed restaurants is simply HORRIBLE. A gas station in the forest and an eatery with her, that's all the organizational genius of the mezhule. There is such a thing as obsessive service. Well, sooooo intrusive service at the mezhule. At the same time, he did not pay for himself in these cafes. Did you know the diagram? Our wonderful "Northern Saga" was in May-June 2013. And it could have been just magical if I hadn't bought into the laudatory odes of this narcissistic turkey with which he and his passion flooded the entire internet.
And the positions he occupies in Incomarthur (if true) are a big fat minus for this company. A boorish, presumptuous employee is a disaster.
It is also true that this firm has excellent guides.
Previously, we were lucky with Nanalya Chernobrova on the "Under the Flag of Britain" tour - it was a miracle, magical and unforgettable. Of course, there were also unpleasant moments, and the hotels were not ah, and the breakfast was not enough for everyone, but Natasha was able to make the overall impression excellent, but there are little things.
Perhaps the mezhule at the beginning of his career in Incomarthur worked well, who knows, but on our trip (and we specially transferred holidays for the mezhule) - he was simply blown away. If licensed guides along the route conducted excursions, and not solo mezhul all 2 weeks, then this tour would not be so fucked up. Well, at least Scandinavia, fjords, waterfalls, Stalheim, he could not spoil. They rescued.

Автор написала 100% чистую ПРАВДУ о гиде-нарциссе илье межуле от Инкомартур. Подтверждаю каждую строчку о выпячивании и восхвалении себя любимого. Это самолюбование перешло границы нормы. Мы с мужем оплатили один из дорогих ЭКСКУРСИОННЫХ туров и имели право получить удовольствие от путешествия,от экскурсий а не смотреть и слушать распускание хвоста у уже потрепанного жизнью петуха. И наши негативные АНОНИМНЫЕ анкеты были вскрыты им через 7-10 минут после расставания. 4 вагона пробежать-ерунда. Межул не поленился развернуть обратно успевший отъехать на приличное расстояние автобус с туристами, чтобы нам нагрубить.И про отели правда - " неудобные " номера, окнами на шумящую почти всю ночь вентиляцию из кухни или в глухую стену, неудобно расположенные где-то на окраинах и т.д.. Не работающие всю поездку дополнительно оплаченные аудиогиды. ТРЕБОВАНИЕ чаевых- тоже правда.
Питание в рекомендованых, не то что подсказанных, а навязанных ресторанах - просто УЖАС. Заправка в лесу и забегаловка при ней вот и весь организационный гений межула. Есть такое понятие -навязчивый сервис. Ну ооооочень навязчивый сервис у межула. При этом в этих кафешантанах он за себя не оплачивал. Схему узнали?. К молодым и симпатичным девушкам в нашем туре тоже подкатывал. Прилично или нет не знаю, но определенные ужимочки, и да , таки сальные взгляды были.
И не надо lianochkaм и им подобным начинать тут дикий ор кто и что кому сэкономил, или что каждый видит то что хочет увидеть. Автор абсолютно объективно описала то что происходило, ибо в нашем туре через 2 года я столкнулась почти с тем же.. .
Наша чудесная "Северная сага" была в мае-июне 2013. И могла бы быть просто волшебной, не купись я на хвалебные оды этого самовлюбленного индюка которыми он и его пассия заполонили весь и-нет.
А занимаемые им в Инкомартуре должности (если это правда) большой жирный минус для этой фирмы. Хамоватый, зарвавшийся сотрудник- беда.
Также правда и то, что в этой фирме есть прекрасные гиды.
Ранее нам повезло с Нанальей Чернобровой в туре "Под флагом Британии" - это было чудо, волшебное и незабываемое. Неприятные моменты конечно тоже были, и отели не ах, и завтрака не всем хватило, но Наташа смогла сделать так, что общее впечатление- отличное, а мелочи, есть мелочи.
Возможно и межул вначале своей карьеры в Инкомартуре хорошо работал, как знать, но в нашей поездке,(а ведь мы специально переносили отпуска под межула) - он просто сдулся. Если бы лицензионные гиды по маршруту проводили экскурсии, а не соло межула все 2 недели, то этот тур не был бы так изгажен. Хорошо хоть Скандинавию, фьорды, водопады, Сталхейм он испортить не смог. Они и выручили.
