On July 13, 2017, I contacted "INPRED SERVICE" by phone 8-911-933-90-81 about a trip to Lappeenranta. A pleasant male voice replied that a trip was possible only on 07/16/17 Sunday (there are no free places on Friday and Saturday) and that they would contact me on Saturday evening and inform me of the bus number. 07/15/17 at 21.49 I myself called the above phone number, an indistinct female voice answered me that I had to call before 17:00. And my trip will not take place tomorrow (adapted text of the conversation). I'm used to planning my time! Friends ordered Finnish products. And I don’t understand a little, but where exactly did I turn? Is this how a travel company works? I don't recommend this "company".

I remember that in December 2012, a trip to Finland, albeit with another company, fell through due to a broken bus.
The bus broke down at the most opportune moment, as soon as we crossed the Finnish border, it "twisted" and the trip was not counted. There was literally a tantrum with one woman, because. the next day she left for Spain, and the visa was not opened. I sat close to the driver and heard how he reported problems when we were still not far from the city, but the company let everything take its course.
