A gross mistake was made, which caused us significant moral and material damage.
I will try to describe this situation as briefly as possible: 1.5 months before the trip, I bought vouchers, 2 weeks before our departure, the operator changed the departure time, and then, as it turned out, the airport changed, as a result, we missed our flight, lost time, money , but the most important thing for us is nerves and health. As is clear, we were not notified in a timely manner, and even that the departure time was postponed, not to mention the airport.
Throughout the negotiations, the travel agent did not admit his guilt to us.
Of course we'll "meet in court"!
There are a lot of similar situations, tourists often find themselves in similar situations, and they win 100% of cases, and the funny thing is that the travel agent and his lawyer are firmly convinced that they are right.
Moreover, the travel agent claims that the blame for everything that happened lies with us - the tourists.
Well, in theory, we ourselves had to keep track of all our documents (yes, we would love to, but who would have hinted to us about it?) After all, when buying a tour and then in correspondence, Nina Chuikina convinced me that they would take care of everything and they would definitely inform me if there are any changes.
The tour operator also claims that it is entirely our fault.
That's right, tourists! Do not refer to either one or the other, for there is no sense from them. Book everything yourself, as I have done up to this point.
