Georgia is wonderful, the organization is terrible.

I want to write my impressions.

1. The bus was on the road for about two days, although at first they planned to leave the Dnieper at 15.00, and left at 5.30 (because at first they thought to go through Baku, then changed their minds and went through Upper Lars directly to Tbilisi), so they were on the road for 10 hours longer, and since the overnight stay was not planned, we stopped along the way where it was necessary and where it was not necessary. Instead of 1.5 days, the journey took about 2 days. We arrived in Tbilisi after midnight. Those who lived in the hostel were settled immediately (maybe because they were settled because the accompanying Mikhail lived there), and those who should live in the hotel had to spend the night on the bus. You can imagine how a person feels, having spent two days on the road, without a shower and hygiene procedures.

2. The duration of the stops is not fulfilled: they said the departure in 20 minutes - they left in 40 minutes, and so more than once.

3. Tea, coffee, boiling water had to be asked more than once (although the attendants themselves must offer).

4. The bus was old (1997), in the back of the bus the air conditioner was constantly noisy, there was a smell of fuel, the ceiling leaked during the rain.

5. The bus broke down several times along the way, if it weren’t for the local Georgians who met our tourists, then on the way from Batumi to Gudauri they could spend the night on the highway in the mountains, and so they and the escort went to the village for spare parts and helped us with this (before leaving Batumi there was a free day and the bus could be prepared for a long trip).

6. Due to a breakdown, we arrived in Gori at 18.30. Those who wanted to - stayed, those who signed up for an excursion in Uplistsikhe - went on an excursion (28 people). We arrived at 18.45. The museum-reserve itself is open from 10.00 to 19.00. They let us in, they took payment for the entrance ticket from us, but there was no guide (end of the working day). The accompanying Michael himself gave us a general tour (he is not a licensed guide). The company refused to return the cost of the excursion ($20). I do not think that Mikhail did not know that the reserve was open until 19.00, because he could have returned the money for the excursion and we would have arrived in Gudauri not at 2 am, but much earlier. But he didn’t do that, and given the words of the accompanying Valeria that she doesn’t resolve the situation, but only accompanies us, and call the office for all questions, I conclude that Mikhail, at the direction of the office, collected money from us, some excursion -how you did it, and the rest is yours, that is, our problems. But they could normally come to Gudauri and sleep, but they arrived at 2 o’clock, breakfast was already at 8.00, those who didn’t get enough sleep went on a long 2-day journey.

7. In Batumi, the majority of tourists lived in the Dolphin Hotel and nearby in the hostel, but there were a few people who lived in another hotel. After a night transfer to Batumi, we arrived at about 10.00. This bulk settled and went to the beach, tourists from another hotel had to wait, because Mikhail said that the settlement would be after 14.00, although the information sheet says that the settlement takes place after 12.00. There was such discrimination. Until, after tears, Mikhail was asked to be placed in a hotel, then only Mikhail agreed to solve the situation.

8. Films were shown not about Georgia, but about some sexually horny Americans. Only at the end of the journey, again at the request of tourists,

showed something about Batumi and Georgia.

9. After the trip, I called the company about a refund for Uplistsikhe. They said they'd call back. A week later, I called myself to find out the situation - I was told that the director was not in Ukraine, so they would call back a little later. Again there were no calls. Then they sent an SMS with a completely unsatisfactory offer, I asked them to change the conditions, again they said that they would call back. Again, he did not wait - he called the director himself, he said that he would find out the issue and call back. In the end, he didn't call back.

The only plus from traveling is Georgia itself and the beauty of its nature, local hospitable people, but this does not depend on the company.

I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
