1. I chose this tour operator because this is not the first time I travel with them and for several years of cooperation I got a good impression about them. And very affordable prices.
2. I managed to get acquainted with all the employees of this travel agency, because not the first time I go. Professionals work in their field, answer any questions of the tourist, offer their own options, and, of course, adapt to our requests and opportunities.
After the trip, the attendants and organizers behaved kindly, as well as during the whole journey. Everyone was interested: "Did we like the tour and what needs to be improved." =) They also give notebooks where everyone can leave their feedback about the tour (it's very original), but I decided to share it here as well.
3. We will definitely continue to travel with "KOTE", we still have plans for a trip to St. Petersburg.
