We bought the tour at the Calypso Ukraine agency, everything went great, we were delighted with everything from A to Z. We chose the tour ourselves, the agency sold it to us. The manager told everything, the service was good. It was the first time we went on such a tour, but I didn't think it would be such a perfect trip. On the bus, we had seats on the ground floor with tables, there were no passengers in front of us, there were very comfortable seats, in my opinion it couldn’t be better. Everything was very clearly organized, all the stops are minute by minute, the attendant is super, everything is super. We were told that the bus in Lviv would be around 11 am, the bus was exactly at 10.55. We liked everything, we were very pleased with the trip.
