Finally, info. there was no information sheet of interest, it was simply written "bus". As a result, when I arrived at my destination, there was a minibus (and I'm not joking), I thought that such minibuses only travel between villages, very cramped. I even went into it, and it was not comfortable for me to sit, but what can I say that I had to drive in this position for more than 20 hours. In terms of safety, it is ten times inferior to normal tourist buses. As a result, I realized for myself that I could not stand this trip and did not go. When I called back the commercial director Marunenko Georgy Georgievich, he talked to me in such a way that I was a "fool" and did not understand buses, that this was a good bus and everything was fine, these were my problems. BUT!!!!!! The question is that nowhere was there any information on what exactly we would ride if it were indicated in the info. sheet or contract, I would have thought 1000 times to go or not, but he was not interested in it, in the info. the sheet says bus, that's enough. You know, how they will give you an air ticket and say that you will fly on an airplane, and there a "corn man" will be waiting for you and - this is also an airplane !!! In general, the company provided a bad service, did not provide information about the trip in full and did not take responsibility for this. Do not pay for anything until you get all the complete information, I once already went to Poland and in the contract and in the supplement all the information was indicated, both about the bus and about the hotels (their names, you could find them on the Internet and read about them (So there is something to compare with.) The hotel was very comfortable, in the center of Warsaw. The bus was ordered according to the number of people, if you understand at least something in travel. In general, I wish you to look for bright and positive colors in everything and it will become easier for you and those around you! There will always be little things to complain about. Work on it! Find the positive in people and in everything that surrounds you!

Потому что такие люди,как вы, всегда портят отдых окружающим. Бред насчет чая и кофе полнейший. Путешествую постоянно,нигде в автобусах этого нет. Гостинница была очень комфортабельная, в центре Варшавы. Автобус заказывался под количество людей,если вы понимаете хоть что-то в путешествиях. Количество людей озвучивалось заранее. Экскурсии были шикарные!Вообщем, желаю вам во всем искать яркие и позитивные краски и станет легче и вам, и окружающим ! Всегда найдутся мелочи, к которым можно придраться.Работайте над этим! Находите позитив в людях, и во всем,что вас окружает!
