I went last weekend to Kamenetz-Podolsk together with the Kardash travel agency ( http://kardash.kiev.ua/kam.htm). Two-day tour, cost - 600 hryvnia (includes transport by minibus, accommodation in a sanatorium and the cost of some excursions).
In places the tour was very, very interesting, but in general the tour turned out to be hyper-saturated. The organizers of the tour have included everything that is possible and not possible. As a result, the pleasure from the trip is zero and you need a couple more days to rehabilitate and relax. I have the impression that the organizers saved on everything: an uncomfortable minibus and the cheapest sanatorium. In addition, the organizers completely lack a sense of service:
1) gas stations, parking lots with the most terrible and smelly toilets were selected. Although in Ukraine there are many gas stations and parking lots with civilized conditions.
2) there was no time for snacks at all. I had to eat quickly in a shaking minibus. I believe that 30 minutes for a snack somewhere on the roadside in the middle of the forest would be remembered for a long time.
3) there was no such thing as "free software" at all. In Kamyanets-Podolsky, all four hours were long, tiring excursions. It would be good to give the tourists 1-2 hours of free time.
Well, for starters, Yuliya4477, I am not writing hysterical nonsense, but I am writing the truth about how the tour was provided and the vacation was ruined for my own money !!!!! And I am an absolutely adequate person !!! and also not the first year abroad! rnAnd being rude do not !!!! serve there further and have a terrible holiday !!!

And I would really like to see how you will be treated in other companies if some kind of tour operator or airline starts doing the same garbage ..... rnIt is unlikely that they will communicate with you all night long and solve the problems of operators and airlines .... They poke a finger at the contract and the issue will be closed.
И я Вам желаю хорошего отдыха!!! И очень бы хотелось посмотреть, как к Вам отнесутся в других фирмах, если какой нибудь тур оператор или авиакомпания начнут такой же фигней заниматься..... rnВряд ли с Вами будут общаться всю ночь напролет и решать проблемы операторов и авиакомпаний.... Ткнут пальцем в договор и на том вопрос закроют.

Ну, это я бы Вам Yuliya4477 посоветовала сходить в другую турфирму НОРМАЛЬНУЮ и АДЕКВАТНУЮ и сравнить) Вот и все)
Если у Вас до этого проблем не возникало - это же прекрасно и я Вам на самом-то деле завидую, найти нормальную фирму, которой можно доверять сложно, а ту, что будет полностью нести за все ответственность вообще невозможно!

А Вы не расстраивайтесь, выбирайте тур сами, а потом в первую попавшуюся турфирму - проплатили и все, тогда уже виноваты только ВЫ)
Но,честно Вам скажу, после того, как Вы облазите и перечитаете все-все отзывы о том или ином отеле, промашки у Вас не будет! Сами так уже третий год ездим - сам себе гид и все СУПЕР, нигде никакого подвоха!
