The comfort doesn't match the pay. Delivery instead of a comfortable bus was taken "like firewood in a cart." Drivers lose passengers on the road, forget at the gas station. Upon return delivery, instead of the agreed delivery (to Gorishni Plavni), they threw it out at the railway station in Kremenchug with luggage and children and "get there yourself" !!! And At the request to deliver to Mr. Bill was refused. Travel agent Natalia does not know how to work with people. Extremely bad experience and ruined vacation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
