For example, I demanded money for an overpayment as a tour organizer from those who did not travel from Kyiv (they paid less). After I wrote all the violations during the "rest" in writing and threatened to go to court when meeting with the director, a week later I was returned 500 UAH (it took time and nerves) I will remember this company for the rest of my life and do not recommend contacting them. From personal experience, before contacting an agreement with any company, carefully read the reviews of tourists.
