I already went with this tour operator in 2013, then everything was great, unfortunately this time it was a complete disappointment. The day before departure we replaced the hotel, which turned out to be excellent, departure was postponed 3 times, with the armor on the plane could not register online, as it turned out the tour operator did not bring us to the passenger base, had to fly to the remaining places. A representative of the travel agency was never present at the hotel, because the hotel staff did not speak English or Russian, there was no opportunity to say anything. I definitely do not recommend this tour operator.
