Our group of 10 people traveled from June 22 to June 24, 2013 on the Trinity. Cruise on the Danube" (Kyiv - Belgorod-Dnestrovsky - Shabo - Kulevcha - Vilkovo - Izmail), which was organized by the travel agency "KoloKray". Our guide was Diana, the owner of this company. The tour was poorly organized. The minibus was too uncomfortable to accommodate 18 people, it was crowded and hot. We were not warned that we would have one seat in the back. 4 people in the back seat is a lot, it’s crowded, considering that we were on the bus for a long time, and women in Ukraine are quite plump. Plus, tourists drank wine and beer on the bus, which should be prohibited on sightseeing buses, as well as eating. The bus constantly smelled of stinky meatballs, fish, herring and garlic. The time of technical stops was organized incorrectly, only 20 minutes were provided for lunch, during which you could only eat a ready-made sandwich, and sometimes you didn’t even have time to buy a bottle of water or ice cream, because there were queues at the gas stations where we stopped. The tour program has been cut. We never saw Kulevcha. Some attractions according to the program in other cities too. We were not warned that the wine tasting would not be at the winery, but in a private house. The cellar where the tasting took place was not intended for such events. But an even bigger surprise for us was the royal fish soup in a private house. Every tourist should have the right to choose whether to risk it or not, because the chance of getting poisoned in a private house is always much higher than in catering establishments. The hotel in Belgorod-Dnestrovsky was terrible, of the Soviet type. It had to be replaced by any private hotel. The organizer of the tour took her daughter with her, and took care of her: entertained her, took pictures, not paying any attention to the group. It constantly gave the impression that the people who bought the tour were superfluous. The most important thing is that they pay the money, and then it would be better if they did not go at all. The whole group agrees with me.
