We bought a ticket through the Compass travel agency, to Turkey at the 5th Scylax family club hotel, when boarding the transfer, I found that we were booked in another hotel, the transfer agent did not want to explain anything, he just said, I don’t know why the other hotel, my task is to take you to the hotel and that's it. We immediately said that another hotel was not suitable for us. We were brought to the Hedef Beach Resort & Spa, when we got off the bus, the transfer man confronted 2 more people that they were also in this hotel, when landing he did not tell them this and they did not look at the lists. Then it was just hell, the hotel is in a terrible state, it’s not 5 stars but a maximum of 3. We immediately turned to the reception, absolutely no one wanted to explain anything to us, no one knows anything, the infoline does not pick up the phone, the guide said to stay in this hotel, and there they will figure it out. We categorically said No. At the hotel we saw another couple from Russia, who were in the same situation as we were. Then for 6 hours that we were in this hotel, they constantly brought new tourists, who, like us we went to the Scylax family club, it got to the point that we went to the police to write a statement.

We managed to ensure that we were transferred to another Senza Garden Holiday Club hotel, the hotel is not bad, but it is on a rock and a very large territory, there are a lot of descents and ascents of stairs, and I have problems with my knee joints. We immediately told that we this hotel is not suitable. The travel agent from Ukraine did not help at all, there was one answer to all our calls, I wrote a letter waiting for an answer and so for 3 days. My sister called the hotline of the tour operator in Ukraine, they say that all issues should be resolved through a travel agent. This hotel is Ruslan, a very good person. As a result, we were moved to this hotel just closer to the sea (there used to be 500 steps, now 200) and then the director of the hotel went to meet us (on the first day they wanted to pay $ 140 for this room)

Today we are the third day in Turkey, during this time we couldn’t rest, we were on terrible nerves, I was nervous, I lost consciousness, at Hedef Beach Resort & Spa, my husband does not sleep at night, this is not a rest, but a mockery.

And they have this well-established scheme, I do this not for the first day, that hotel is generally closed

And no one is going to provide a hotel with the conditions that we have chosen

Somehow, we were just very deceived and spoiled the rest
