CAREFULLY!!! COMFORT TOUR - SCAM!!!

I am writing to warn all potential customers of this travel agency. I wanted to relax in September 2012 on the western coast of Crimea. I found a suitable option on the site, the manager of Seville told and described everything very colorfully. As a result, I signed a contract with a travel agency and paid for the room reservation. As a result, when I arrived at the place, the gates to the territory of the recreation center were closed, the owners of the base said that no one had booked anything with them, and they had not received any prepayment ... When I called the travel agency, they said that now my manager is not there and in general they won't do anything...

In short, in the end I had to go to the opposite coast of Crimea and look for a place to rest again on my own (fortunately, in September there are not so many vacationers).

After resting I write with only one purpose - to warn the same naive as I am! Naturally, I had a wonderful vacation and the amount of the booking I lost was not that big to beat for it ... but I can’t even imagine what could happen if I bought a tour abroad ... Well, if I’m alive would have stayed.

Do not use the services of this agency - save your nerves, money and health!

You are absolutely right, the manager of the company told you everything about the hotel you chose on the website, booked the desired room, also concluded an agreement and took into account all the wishes. We booked a private small hotel "Elegant". For the services of booking a room in your name you paid - 84 UAH. On the day of arrival, you were checked into a hotel (booked by us) and lived there for 2 days. On the day of arrival, there was no call from you. That is, the travel agency fulfilled its task. Then you called to express your dissatisfaction with the service at the hotel and warned that you were leaving this hotel. This is your full right, because the agency was paid only for the booking. We have to admit that private inexpensive hotels in Crimea do not always have a good level of service, but we do our best to influence this, unfortunately this also leads to an increase in the cost of living. I would also like to note that it is difficult to find accommodation in Crimea for 80 UAH/day during the season, it was the only accommodation option for such a price on our list, but considering your feedback about the hotel, we stop working with it. We also refund the cost of the reservation, because we consider our work not fully completed, because you were not satisfied with your vacation. Thank you for your assistance in improving our service and work, thanks to you, we have gained experience, and we will continue to choose partners more carefully. Comfort tour is a wonderful travel company that offers only high-quality services. If you do not like staying in cheap boarding houses, then choose more expensive hotels and hotels for your vacation.

Sorry, dear, but I'm already tired of "sucking" this topic. What is the service here? I clearly wrote that when we arrived, we were told that there was no booking, they were not waiting for us, and they said that they did not receive money from the travel agency. We paid for 2 nights only because there was nowhere to go. Do you want us to sleep outside? Buses run to Beregovoe only 2 times a day. And we still needed time to find alternative housing. And the hotel there is normal, I can’t say anything bad, we didn’t make any special demands. It’s good that there were empty places at all, otherwise they would have spent the night on the beach as homeless people. And one more thing: "there was no call on the day of arrival" and "on the day of arrival we did not pick up the phone, and then we simply did not want to listen" - these are different things. In my opinion, you played too much ... It's time to honor with honor that you treated your customers negligently, which I wrote about in my review. It would be better if you, instead of practicing rhetoric and trying to justify yourself, would work on the level of service.
