I bought a ticket for my child (10 years old) to rest in the Laspi children's camp from 08/07/2012 to 08/27/2012. at the same time, it was stipulated that the child was traveling by train with a group of children and train tickets were also ordered through the Laspi travel agency. When buying a tour, the manager strongly recommended not to give the child the original certificate with them, they say just a copy is enough, and the original may be lost.

On August 27, 2012, when returning home, my child was denied boarding on the Sevastopol-Kyiv train, on the grounds that she had a children's ticket and did not have the original certificate with her. And this is 10 minutes before the train departure. The conductor demanded an additional payment up to the full cost of the ticket. The child had no money with her (on the morning of August 27, the money left for the trip was stolen from her in the camp).

Children from other groups borrowed 60 UAH. for a surcharge. I can’t even describe the stress that my child went through when she was simply left on the platform of a foreign city, and what I had to go through at that time.

They reproach me saying that I myself did not listen about the original certificate. But they themselves admitted that on that day it was already the third such case, and everyone purchased vouchers and train tickets through the Laspi travel agency. So they didn't listen either? Another caveat is the innovation of the railway. I didn't bother to search, it turns out this "innovation" is dated July 2011.
