We took plane tickets to Warsaw and back, everything was complicated by the fact that we already had tickets and they needed to be rebooked for other dates and preferably without additional costs. We bought them on the Internet, but they refused to rebook us and didn’t want to return - they answered that the tariff was not provided. The agency helped us a lot, it is not clear how, but we were rebooked tickets at no additional cost. Immediately we bought train tickets to Kyiv. Our trip went well. We are grateful to the travel agency for the help, we will recommend to our friends.
