Friends recommended the travel agency, and the recommendation justified the trust.
More specifically about the trip to Budapest and Vienna
1. The bus was comfortable, clean and warm. Drivers are quite polite, crossings were without problems (although once missed the turn)
2. Hotel "Griff" 3 stars was quite in line with the price. The room was clean, warm and generally comfortable. Sindanok is quite hearty and tasty. However, a little far from the center.
3. The excursion program was organized at a good level.
I also liked the company's staff, quick response and resolution of issues. The tour was booked in advance for 6 people, but two were unable to visit Budapest, which was refunded.
