On February 8, I bought a tour to India on the site, there was no reaction, except for debiting money from the card. On February 9, she herself started calling the agency, the manager Yulia said she would call back. After some time, Julia called and said that the hotel, which is included in the tour, is on the "stop" and offered to either return the money or change the tour. I chose a replacement tour and chose the one that suited us from the proposed options. The difference amounted to 1,763 rubles in my favor, they promised to return this difference, but on 01.04 they still have not returned it.

But the problem is not even this, but the lack of professionalism and the necessary competencies:

1. In all documents on the tour there was an error in the name of one of the tourists. When we pointed this out, we were told "I will make a remark. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to rewrite the documents." And 3 weeks before departure. But in the end, updated documents were sent after a while.

They sent insurance for only one tourist and tried to convince that it was for two) After some disputes, they sent insurance for the second.

3. They almost never answer the phone, by mail, too, every other time.

4. Well, the most "beautiful" thing: we changed the airport of departure from Sheremetyevo to Domodedovo at the same time of departure, but they forgot to warn us. Moreover, according to the tour operator, the change was known 4 days before departure and they sent this information to all travel agencies. But London Tour did not bother to tell us, as a result, by some miracle and supernatural efforts, we managed to overcome 85 km between Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo and catch our flight. Nerve cells lost a lot, but the travel agency represented by Yulia, in response to a letter asking why we were not notified about the change of airport, answered the following: “We did not receive mailings from Koral with information on changing the airport of departure.

After issuing air tickets and other accompanying documents for the tour, the tourist has the right to independently check the time and airport of departure / arrival. Since the itinerary receipts are a direct contract between the passenger and the airline, and the voucher is a direct contract between the tour operator and the tourist. 5. The difference in the cost of tours in 1,763 rubles was never returned.
