Chose this travel agency, because. geographically close. Bought a tour for the new year for 3 months. I didn’t see any difference in which travel agency to buy a tour, because. the price is the same for everyone and the agency, in fact, does not provide any services other than intermediary when buying a tour. But I thought so until today - until the call rang and the young man, introducing himself as the commercial director, told me that the trip would not take place on this tour, since this company had ceased cooperation with tez-tour. As an alternative, I was offered either a refund or another booking. BUT! more than a month has passed and tours have risen in price, and the dollar has risen in price even more. So some doubts creep in about the transparency of the work of this company. In the evening of the same day I called back to the office of the travel agency, but no one told me anything - they just said that they would call me back - without any comments. While waiting - waiting for the continuation ...
