In the beginning, I really liked everything and there was a desire to recommend their services to people I know. But the last time one disappointment. Of course, this can be caused by the complete lack of professionalism and inattention of the new managers. But in order not to know elementary information on the requirements for documents! At the same time, calmly take money, saying that everything is OK. We are waiting for confirmation. For 5 days every day I myself try to find out what is with the answer. And 2 days before departure, calmly announce “your child does not have 1 month of passport validity, refusal.” During these 5 days it would be possible to find a bunch of options and fly away. And the vacation wouldn't be ruined. I believe that if you make such mistakes, then at least there should be no problems with a refund. Write a statement, then let's put it on the card, and then it turns out that a refund will be sometime in 3-10 working days.
I have the opportunity, while waiting for a refund, to pay for another tour for 3 people on another resource, and now they are more convenient and profitable than contacting a travel agency. But there are many people who simply do not have such a duplicate amount. In general, in a similar situation, can they say goodbye to vacation ?? due to indifference and dishonesty
Overall, I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone. Already many who from acquaintances addressed, as a result turned out to be dissatisfied with their services. And I did not even expect that this is how you can treat regular customers.
