I have used the services of this tour operator several times, never again.
We took a ticket to Spain in order to clarify any questions by phone - it is impossible to get through to the manager, because he either does not work, or he is with other tourists. Well, ok, it happens that they asked to call back - they did not call back. I called 10 times and only on the tenth call did the manager come down and answer me. Manager Larisa said that we were going to Lloret de Mar via Natalie Tours, DID NOT EVEN WARN THAT THE TOUR HAS CHANGED AND WE ARE GOING TO CALELLA THROUGH ANEX TOUR!!! WITH OUR PASSPORTS GIVE US INSURANCE FOR OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! JUST BUT COMMENTS .. One day she was replaced by the manager Svetlana, who re-booked us. ABSOLUTELY NOT ATTENTIVE, IF I DID NOT CHECK THE PASSPORT DATA, SO WOULD SEND US WITH ERRORS IN THE DOCUMENT! THEY ASKED HER TO MAKE A XEROKOPY OF THE CONTRACT FOR US - SHOT IT AWAY, SAID, SAYING, YOU WILL DO IT YOURSELF THEN.
In short, they don’t value customers, they got their percentage from them, then in parallel with them what questions do you have about the tour, it’s better to overpay a normal travel agency than to contact incompetent people.
