I bought two package tours to Bulgaria for July for an early booking promotion. For myself with my husband and daughter's family. Tours were booked by Sharova Olga - communication with her was very pleasant!!!. Everything was fine. No overlays, price increases, etc. I read bad reviews with great surprise and disappointment! Of course, I have no reason not to believe the people who write them. But personally I have been using the services of this company for several years - no problems!
