Spoiled rest

We have been looking for reviews about travel companies in Lipetsk for a long time. But as it should be in small towns, everything is passed on by word of mouth and people usually do not leave their impressions on the Internet.

I want to share my experience of communicating with the Travel Store on Sovetskaya. The choice fell on the principle that it has been working for a long time - I will work competently. We chose a tour - we left ... for the Emirates. At the airport, a girl from the host was waiting for us and said that our travel agency (Travel Store) FORGOT to book a transfer for us. Of course, I immediately stood up for “my” travel agency, saying they couldn’t forget, you messed up something ... in the end, we agreed that we take a taxi to the hotel and if they messed up, then they reimburse us for the cost of a taxi. In a taxi, I thought that they messed up, even if ours, well, with whom it doesn’t happen, they will apologize, pay for a taxi and forget. So no...

the host called me, apologized that we had to be nervous after a long flight, and yet they checked and the Travel Agency in Lipetsk is to blame for this. Do you know what the ticket salesman from the travel agency said? she sent me an SMS that they apologized and they would just provide us with an individual transfer back ... and someone asked me if I needed it or not, we actually wanted to leave the hotel earlier, stop on the way to one attraction and move to airport... I didn't need a transfer back, I needed a transfer there. But did anyone care?

Upon arrival, they did not even call back to find out how we went. In general, I don’t recommend it, some kind of negative impression remains in general ... it seems that everything is so licked at first, and then it still feels like you have been spoiled ....
