The first time I applied was in March 2019, when I had to fill out a visa application form. Paid 200 UAH. for the form and filling out (both the first and second were incorrect, the forms are outdated, they do not accept, the filling in the questionnaire is incorrect). Came with a claim, but 200 UAH. returned. Arriving on vacation, I decided to buy a ticket for 2 to Turkey there. I went there, I thought since I have a conscience, maybe they work the same way. First, when you talk about burning tours, they stubbornly pass them by. Secondly, they offer and do not understand where, not knowing the real state of things, with photos from the Internet that do not correspond to reality. hotel reviews show only good ones in one place, while in other reviews, as it turned out, you read and cry. Sorry I saw it too late. In FIG, the main thing, as I understand it, if only they bought it. Having paid for a 5 * hotel, I ended up in a hotel that has no idea what 5 * is. The service is terrible, dirt is everywhere, the attitude is the same and they are trying to rob from the threshold. I asked for a room with two beds, my son is 16 years old, we rested together, no one lifted a finger, as it turned out to be indicated (the hotel said so). My son slept on the small couch the whole time. I asked for a non-smoking room, I trusted the choice at the agency, as a result, the room was one of the worst, by the road, it was impossible to sleep, such noise, a smoking room !!! There are a lot of minuses in the proposed rest, I described them in a review of the hotel.

Dear, I paid on August 28, and fly away on 31 at night. when was the choice or change??? considering that what you offered was even more expensive and of the same quality as this hotel!!!!! and you offered only when I demanded on the 29th evening either to return the money, or something else normal. Normal I was not offered!!! Only 2 hotels with the same performance as this and for an even higher price!!!! and your Delicate proved that the hotel is excellent, why I already left, since there was neither time nor nerves. So, no need to tell here how you tried !!!!
Неуважаемые я оплатила 28 августа, а улетать 31 ночью. когда было выбирать или менять??? если учесть , что , то что предлагали у вас было еще дороже и такого качества как этот отель!!!!! и вы предложили только тогда, когда я 29 вечером потребовала либо вернуть деньги, либо другое нормальное что-то. Нормальное мне предложено не было!!! Только 2 отеля с такими же показателями , как в этом и за ещё большую цену!!!! и ваша Деликатная доказывала, что отель отличный, почему я уже оставила, так как не было ни времени , ни нервов. Так, что не надо здесь рассказывать как вы старались!!!!
