Well, here we are back from (rest) which this travel agency organized for us. . . But the attitude in Transcarpathia and specifically in the Berkut hotel was just awful!!! Let's start with the fact that the pigs were fed better than us, although we were charged full for food!! Well, for example, breakfast - borscht, buckwheat, sauerkraut. Dinner - sauerkraut, borscht, buckwheat. Once there was no borscht at all and 1 time they gave pasta instead of buckwheat. . . Guide, arranged everything!!! And the travel agency too! We called, swore, but closer to the new year they no longer picked up the phone. . . Our New Year's table consisted of: 2 plates of Olivier (we just took one of them impudently in the kitchen), 4 pieces of herring, raw grated beetroot, - 2 plates, and a couple of plates of incomprehensible appetizers. . . . All of the above was covered for 12 people!!!!! and from each taken 600 UAH for the table!!! In short, to be honest, everything was organized simply ugly and sediment. - tin!!! Oh yes, on the 2nd for breakfast they brought us something that was undereaten for the new year, namely pieces of some kind of fat that smelled bad with twisted edges. . . In general, now decide for yourself whether to go with them somewhere or not.. My number is 0673877701 I will gladly answer for my words and spit in the face of the organizers!

Dear our vacationers! Thanks for the feedback. It is really a pity that the host (the Berkut Hotel) accepts vacationers in such a non-personal way. . . The tour was operator. The hotel, food, organization was carried out by the operator. Mandrivochka only offered this tour and carried out a transfer to Odessa by train and back to Nikolaev. The operator reassured us and you that the program was well thought out, the hotel is excellent, the location on the Yablunetsky pass is very picturesque, they also agreed on food step by step. . . I called the operator in front of you and asked your questions. The fact that the hotel will provide bad food - no one could have imagined. . . . for our part, answering your questions during the tour, we tried to somehow influence the owner of the restaurant, but she, extremely, turned out to be impenetrable, which you, my dears, had to see for yourself. The only thing I regret is that upon arrival, you did not write a complaint against the name of the operator, as we advised you. He was ready to defend your position and was completely on your side.. I don’t know if this would have had any effect on the hostess, but maybe at least a little money could be returned. . . . I understand everything, you bought this program from our office and we, for our part, offer you our deepest apologies. Yes, unfortunately, service in Ukraine is not predictable. . .
