I needed to book a tour for the next few days, that is, in my case, efficiency was a high priority. I chose everything on the site (city, hotel), left a request, they only had to call back and, roughly speaking, agree on payment, I didn’t even need to select anything. They didn't call me back for a long time, I decided to call back so that it was faster. They promised that the girl who deals with my direction will come to work within an hour and call me back. Didn't call back. I called a second time to clarify, again they promised that they would call back within a few hours. The third time I called in the evening, the girl reluctantly redirected the call to some other specialist, who stupidly did not pick up the phone. After that they just stopped answering calls. After some time, all the same, they deigned to call me back and, as if doing me a favor, start doing something there.
- wasted time, which was very critical for me
- absolute disinterest in the client, I generally got the impression that they stupidly froze me
- feed promises 3 times that they are about to call back and not call back, and then stupidly stop picking up the phone - this is already a deception and wasting the client's time
In fairness, I want to note why I put 3, and not 1, just before that I ordered a tour from this travel agency once and this didn’t happen. Today we have what we have.
Very good and detailed report about the resort. Dnepr is one of the best resorts on the southern coast of Crimea since the times of the USSR. We can say: a good classic of the Soviet period. Very beautiful park of the sanatorium and the palace of Harax in the Scottish style. Back in the distant 80s, my parents rested here, and since that time they didn’t like even more modern Turkish hotels as much as this slightly outdated, but homely cozy sanatorium. The place is not for youth parties, but for treatment and a relaxing family holiday.
Очень хороший и подробный отчет о санатории. Днепр один из лучших санаториев на южном берегу Крыма еще со времен СССР. Можно сказать: хорошая классика советского периода. Очень красивый парк санатория и дворец Харакс в шотландском стиле. Еще в далекие 80-е здесь отдыхали мои родители и с того времени даже более современные турецкие отели им так не понравились, как этот немного устаревший, но по-домашнему уютный санаторий. Место не для молодежных тусовок, а для лечения и спокойного семейного отдыха.
