We purchased our honeymoon from this agency. The service is not bad. The hotel picked up a normal, although of course in the pictures it was much better. Not all the information they gave about the hotel is true, and there were direct questions from us, for example, is there where to go in the evening or what is it like when you go outside the hotel, they answered “a lot of cafes”, in fact - the railway. They said that they themselves had recently rested there, but I think this is not true, they did not tell us elementary things. It seems like they reported that we were newlyweds at the hotel, of course we were counting on some kind of bonus, as it usually happens, because the hotel is 5 *, but alas, there was nothing. I'm not sure that I would choose this hotel knowing everything in advance and I'm not sure that I will use their services again.
