Terrible travel agency

I want to share my impressions of the trip to St. Petersburg from MariNika-TOUR, which was from 08.09 to 12.09.16.

According to the agreement: "Mode of transport - tourist class bus for 20 seats". These are luxury buses.

In fact, it was a real horror. Tiny bus, only 11 seats. The distance between the seats is such that with a height of 165 cm I could not stretch my legs, my husband generally stretched his legs into the aisle. There was no luggage compartment. All things were under the chairs and in the aisle. No armrests or folding tables. The chairs are very narrow and hard. There was a terrible draft from the doors, especially at night.

The driver of this wonderful transport stopped every 1.5 - 2 hours for at least half an hour, then eat, then drink, then sleep. And consider that he was alone, we just stood in the parking lot for two hours and back and forth. And it turned out that instead of the declared 15-16 hours on the way, we drove more than 20 hours in each direction. And to the question: "Why are we standing?quot; - the answer was "Do you want to go to the ditch?quot;.

Although there was more than enough time to rest.

Having arrived from the road, we did not go to the hotel to put ourselves in order from the road, but went to the Hermitage for an excursion. Because of course they were late. Instead of the stated 4 hours of the tour, we had an hour.

I was also struck by the escort, who knew absolutely nothing, neither where to go, nor where what is located, nor where what is.

Bottom line: St. Petersburg is without a doubt a beautiful city that you should definitely visit, but if you want the impressions to remain good, never go with the MariNika-TOUR travel agency.
