In July 2011, we went on vacation to Bulgaria by bus. The driver Stoyan, both there and back, constantly smoked on the bus, despite the remarks of the pass-

fathoms, the presence of children and what is prohibited by the laws of Ukraine and the European Union. At the same time, it was very hot in the cabin on the way back. Television

turned it on only in the evening. The water for tea was a little warm. There was no answer to my written complaint from Mediatour. In any service, this is, excuse me, rudeness and of course this is not a European service ... This is a Soviet service. It's time

both our tour operator and his Bulgarian partner company "Doris" /their buses and crew/ should wean from this. Of course I won't go back to

this tour operator and would not recommend to others. Vladimir

We went to Bulgaria for two years in a row with Mediatour and Doris. Both times we were satisfied with the paperwork and transportation. We chose the hotel ourselves, so that later we would not make any claims against anyone. We were also lucky with the hotel. The buses are new, comfortable, there were no complaints about the drivers, the main thing is not to sleep at the wheel. We made stops at parking lots, they counted us all the way, we didn’t swear. And they went to Europe with the Accord-tour, then they were afraid all the way that the 25-year-old neoplan would not fall apart. When it started to rain in Krakow, our tourists were sitting on wet harnesses, and we were sitting under the hatch from which it was always drafty, and it was cold with heating. Here is the European service for you. We would love to go to Bulgaria more than once with both Mediatour and Doris, but there are many other countries in the world. Keep it up. And no one is safe from the human factor.

1. Everything they tell you when buying tickets is complete nonsense. In reality, the bus goes to Varna, where passengers to Sofia must change to a local regular bus
2. There is no service on the bus. There is no Internet, no tea and coffee, no hot water, and no fresh drinking water either.
3. The bus is old and broken. The first time I broke down in Uman because of which I was late to Odessa for half an hour. The second time there was a breakdown on the Odessa-Reni highway (this is not a highway, but a training ground for tanks) idle for more than 7 hours, and as a result, arrival in Varna was not at 7.00, but at 17.20. The bus to Sofia left at 17.30. And as a result, arrival in Sofia on August 10, 2015 at 02.30 am, although according to the schedule, arrival in Sofia was indicated on August 9, 2015 at 07.00 local.
4. Attitude towards passengers is disgusting. The bus goes from border to border without stops, and these are pieces for 5-6 hours. Drivers and the "stewardess" do not care that people want to go to the toilet or buy water or eat (they were counting on a day's journey, but it turned out to be two days). After several scandals, the "stewardess" gave out a bottle of water (obviously paid for in tickets)

Think a hundred times before contacting the Doris firm.
The Nazis transported prisoners more comfortably than Doris transported passengers.

I will contribute to the reviews from the carrier Doris. The buses are comfortable, I travel not for the first time, BUT: it all depends on who the driver and accompanying person are. There was an impression that the employees are doing a favor, that they are carrying passengers. I understand that work seven days a week, a long journey, sleeping from time to time, working with tired people...but the escorts are recruited on the principle that the more tactless the better..maybe because there are no other options for traveling to Bulgaria?? And they have absolutely no control? I bought a ticket through Chernivtsi (the road is better, fewer borders), so not only was the bus late for an hour, they changed the route (without my knowledge), explaining that you are going to Kyiv anyway .. drivers and accompanying boorish .. in short horror. .Although again I repeat: 3 out of 4 trips we had excellent staff and the trip was a pleasure .. so how lucky))

I went with my wife to Golden Sands, the transportation was carried out by the Doris company, from 01.08 they left on 13.08, everything is clear and the road is difficult and I agree with what was said above that the stops were rare ... on the way back, the drivers changed, but we apparently out of spite, for a long time and got up in a field so that no one could get out, although before that there was a gas station, but this is half the trouble, getting behind the wheel, taking the lives of many people into our own hands, and at the same time we think that we trust life to professionals, these people make such mistakes and rash acts, already 14.08 under Ivano-Frankivsk trudged along for a long time, apparently the nerves could not stand it and our driver stupidly went head-on overtaking with ZIL .... fortunately the truck went to the side of the road ... what kind of comfort can we talk about? Then at the bus stop he approached the guide and asked how so? to which he spread his arms and shrugged. Bus number CH3939AK.

Horror! Instead of the promised 25 hours of travel, we drove 35 hours!!! We ordered tickets from Krivoy Rog to Sunny Beach. Already when landing, we learned that the route was changing and we were going through Zaporozhye. It's a hook at 7 o'clock!!! No apology, no regrets from the carrier and the escort. Accompanying Sergey is generally an unfriendly person. The promised WiFi was not available. There was no toilet. In Zaporozhye, I had to ask to go to the toilet in the city hospital, because we stopped somewhere on the main street and the child could no longer endure it. We were supposed to meet friends. Accordingly, due to being late for 10 hours, they no longer waited for me. There is no Wi-Fi, I just could not contact my friends. Passengers, including me, asked to call the drivers. But the drivers were not allowed to use their phones. In general, the service is ZERO!!! I will post this review on all resources where the name of this carrier will be mentioned. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
