Bought a tour to Bulgaria in this agency. Everyone agreed with the manager, asked about the conditions, expressed a wish that in the bus, if possible, there were places nearby. And from a week before the trip we receive bus tickets in the mail, without these seats. We contact the manager - she answers that she does not know the reasons and it is necessary to come to landing earlier to take places. That is, in a package, paid tour, we must take the bus "by storm". We have not yet gone on vacation, and the mood is gone.
