Used this travel agency for the second year in a row and very satisfied! Last year, a not very conscientious tour operator (“Alf”) was caught, but everyone in the travel agency tried their best and everything turned out well. This year Alma Tour was the tour operator and everything went like clockwork: we found a suitable ticket very quickly, got a visa very quickly, clearly docked with a passing bus, everything was done at the highest level! Recomend for everybody!..
