I ordered a tour to Sri Lanka at the More Tours travel agency in Krivoy Rog in the office at 3, Gagarin Ave. It so happened that my fellow traveler was from another city - Kharkov, so we simultaneously turned to a travel agency and each paid our part for the tour. After payment, the managers of the More Tours agency told me that as soon as the booking was confirmed, they would inform me, and also call me when I needed to come to pick up the documents. In general, a whole week has passed, there were several days left before the flight to Sri Lanka, and I don’t have any documents on hand, the girls from the office ignored all my calls, picked up the phone and promised to call as soon as they found out where my documents had gone, but no one never called back. As for my fellow traveler, they immediately called him back on the day of payment and confirmed the hotel reservation, and the next day they received a complete package of all documents. When I told my managers from Krivoy Rog about this, they could not really answer why Kharkov already had all the documents, but I didn’t. Moreover, I signed the contract for the tour. In general, only after my fellow traveler asked his agents to contact the main office of More Tours, my managers deigned to write me an SMS so that I could come and pick up the documents. I do not advise anyone to contact the "More Turov" office at 3 Gagarin Avenue in the city of Krivoy Rog, especially if the manager Olya will serve you (I, unfortunately, did not remember the name of the second girl). Don't waste your time and money, stay away from this office.
