We selected a tour operator based on what we knew.
There was a large group of us with children, obviously they had a lot of different needs and a small budget, but the manager Marina coped with them to the best of her ability. A very competent manager who was on call with us 24/7. Shvidko responded to all situations and patiently provided consultations. Damn Marino, for a great fix!
