I have few comments to the agency. But the fact is that people work at speed. The client is treated as if I have been working with them for several years and I need to know everything and I do not need to explain anything. But this is not the case, because this is the first time I have approached them. We had a Bulgarian transfer - we drove there normally, back as it were. But it is in Bulgaria that the attitude of locals towards tourists is a bit bestial. We had a comfortable bus to Bulgaria, and we were transported around the city in necklaces, it's good that even though they had seats, we only had to travel a kilometer there. We did not go on the tour because we refused immediately.
