We went in a group to Lviv. We ordered an excursion to the Bridges of Tour, we were met by a guide Mrs. Natalia. I started running the city, I have never had such an excursion. We galloped through the streets of the city (not the best IMHO), where there were museums and we wanted to go, Ms. Natalia said "Then come when you have free time ...", where there were souvenirs - "Everything is expensive here, go on .. . ", well, not an excursion but a fort boyard (The children were not satisfied. All the information that Mrs. Natalia told us was limited to something like:" This church was built in the 17th century. It is very beautiful, go on.). ".
Conclusion: what to pay money for? next time we will go on our own, no Ms. Natal ...

Нам дуже прикро, що туристи залишились незадоволені. Ми хочемо з'ясувати цю ситуація. Прошу написати дати, коли саме у Вас була екскурсія, оскільки у травні було декілька груп і декілька гідів на ім'я Наталя.

I am a complete stranger, but alas, zirkaapachi is wrong. The guide cannot wait for the group to go to churches and museums to take pictures, or to skimp on the gift shop. This is free time.
Я абсолютно чужой человек, но увы zirkaapachi не права. Экскурсовод не может ждать, пока группа будет ходить по костелам и музеям фотографироваться, или в сувенирный магазин скупиться. Для этого дается свободное время.
