Already several times ordered tours through the travel agency "Olympia". Office in the city center, easy to get to, work honestly and transparently. Managers are friendly and polite girls who know their job 5+ and do it well. We take tours from the same manager - Natalia. She was always in touch, helped with advice, and I know that I can write to her literally at any time and get answers to my questions. She will always tell and explain everything: she will help in choosing a hotel, a resort, she will not advise an unreliable tour operator, she will advise which excursions are better to throw away, what to buy home, how to behave in unforeseen situations, etc. In general, full support to the smallest nuances. It's nice to see that a person cares what hotel you choose, where you fly and what you will do there. There were no problems with paperwork. Here, definitely, they value and respect their tourists and this is very important!
