Brilliant travel agent!

I decided to make a birthday present for my daughter, to go on a Black Sea weekend tour to Odessa! The highlight is that I contacted the travel agency the day before the planned departure! I was served by the manager Alexander Zhadko, who would have been happy to help me, but he was upset that there were no tickets for the Kharkov-Odessa train. Knowing full well that I realized it late, I involuntarily threw a tantrum saying that I was such a mother. In response, Alexander offered an adventurous option, to book without tickets and try your luck in their further acquisition! On the day of departure, Alexander was pleased that he managed to buy two tickets. When asked how he did it, he answered that he knew when the reservation for this train would be removed and tickets might appear! I want to thank the Navigator Ukraine travel agency for an individual approach to clients interspersed with extreme sports) By the way, the Black Sea weekend was a success, my daughter was delighted with the gift!
