They talked to me in such a way that it seemed to me that I already owed them something. I didn't call them again...
I don’t know about the quality of the services provided, but you need to work a little on working with clients :-)
I was also frankly surprised when I saw such a review ... Personally, we have already gone on trips with the Navigator 2 times. Impressions are the best. Friends advised us and we recommend it to everyone ... After the trips, we also show pictures of the trip ... Everything is always very sincere.
Я тоже откровенно удивилась увидев такой отзыв... Лично мы уже 2 раза отправлялись в путешествия с Навигатором. Впечатления самые лучшие. Друзья посоветовали нам и мы всем рекомендуем... После поездок еще и фотки ездим показываем... Всегда все очень душевно.

The money for the tour (which has not yet been selected) has been in the Navigator for half a year (something like a gift certificate) and maybe that's why they communicated with me like that, knowing that I was alive I won't give you money. But that doesn't justify this attitude towards me.
As a result, I sold this certificate, and did not go on a trip myself.
А да... Забыл про один нюанс... Деньги за тур (который не был еще выбран) в Навигаторе лежали уже пол года (что то типа подарочного сертификата) и может поэтому со мной так общались, зная о том, что я живых денег не дам. Но это не оправдывает такое отношение ко мне.
В итоге я продал этот сертификат, и сам в путешествие не поехал.
I found an excellent agency in Odessa, called Santa Cruz. I've ridden with them 3 times now and no problems! And the Navigator lost a client in my face!
I sincerely hope that everything is fine with them today.
Нашел отличное агенство в Одессе, называется Санта Круз. С ними ездил уже 3 раза, и никаких проблем! А Навигатор, клиента в моем лице потерял!

You know, it looks like a misunderstanding :) For example, I myself organized the purchase of a certificate for a specific tour for the wedding of my friends (me, friends and parents of the couple) and there was not a single question, they even congratulated the guys on their wedding day - they almost called the registry office which was very nicely organized. Of course, I will not defend, because. I didn’t hear your conversation myself, but there are situations when not very honest people try to fake certificates or use someone else’s, a six-month-old certificate could lead to suspicion, and you could become the unwitting culprit of this suspicion.
Have a good trip with Santa Cruz, and I with the Navigator :).
Знаете, это похоже недоразумение :) Я, например, сама на свадьбу своих друзей организовала покупку сертификата на конкретный тур ( я, друзья и родители пары) и не было ни одного вопроса, даже поздравили с днём свадьбы ребят - позвонили чуть ли не в ЗАГС, что было очень красиво организовано. Конечно, не буду защищать, т.к. сама не слышала ваш разговор, но есть ситуации, когда не очень честные люди пытаются подделать сертификаты или воспользоваться чужими, сертификат полугодичной давности мог навести на подозрение, а вы могли стать невольным виновником этого подозрения.
Хороших вам путешествий с Санта Круз, а я с Навигатором :).
