Good afternoon! I want to express my gratitude to the company "Navkolo Svit" and the head of the group Alla for the excellent organization of the tour to Bukovel on weekdays by train from 01/27/2019 to 02/01/2019. Everything was fine, if not for a single “BUT”. We were accommodated at "U Mukhan" ...... The food is simply catastrophic. Unfortunately, I "came" to this cottage for the second time. A few years ago we were fed badly, but I kept silent. Now it's just terrible! “At Mukhan” they accommodate Belarusians who either do not know how they are fed in other cottages, or, due to the Belarusian calmness, are not used to being indignant. Why do guests in different cottages receive different meals for the same money? I just have a cry of the soul: DO NOT SET ANYONE "AT MUKHAN" - this is a mockery of people !!! The hostess never came out to the guests (and it was the same last time), which means that she is not interested in our opinion and she will not change anything, because nothing has changed since my first “hit” to her.
Good afternoon. We also went to Bukovel on February 3 with Alla. Organization at the highest level. Alla is well done, everything is thought out down to the minute, always ready to help and listen. True professional!!! The only negative is the food, although we lived in Shafran, the food was also terrible, our child did not even want to eat. And we were satisfied with the travel agency, we will go again.

Добрый день. Мы тоже ездили в Буковель 3 февраля с Аллой. Организация на высшем уровне. Алла- молодец, все продумана вплоть до минуты, всегда готова помочь и выслушать. Настоящий профессионал!!! Единственный минус- это питание, хотя мы жили в Шафране, питание тоже было ужасное, наш ребенок даже не хотел есть. А турфирмой остались довольны, поедем ещё.
