We bought the tour from Natalie tours, although we knew that there were enough bad reviews on the internet. We thought everything would be fine. But they were wrong.
At the airport, Valentina (guide) met us, put us on the bus, briefly told the rules of conduct in the country, and that was it. We were dropped off near the hotel and we went to deal with the settlement ourselves. This completed the work of our guide. For two weeks, no one was looking for us and was not interested in whether we were still on the island at all.
Outcome: I will try to bypass this tour operator in the future.
