We bought a tour to the Dolomites in Italy for a month and a half in a specific 4 * hotel. Yesterday they reported that there were no rooms in the hotel, and the flight was already on Saturday, arguing that the hotel itself had a lot of reservations. At the same time, when contacting the hotel, no one had heard of us. It turned out that a certain agency on the Italian side "San Marino" had not booked rooms for us in advance. NataliTours offered a replacement for a 3 * hotel and compensation in the form of 250 for two, which does not at all cover the difference in cost with the previously booked hotel. The request to compensate us in the form of a ski pass for several days (for the difference in cost) was rejected.
